The calm practice of Yin Yoga is mostly not as famous as the active Yoga practices. However, it forms the perfect complementary practice for an active lifestyle, any form of active sports and for, generally said, this fast paced modern life.
It has a calming and balancing effect and doesn’t only release stress but also deep physical tensions. In a soft way it also increases our mobility and flexibility.
This calm practice really has a beneficial effect on our whole system. It doesn’t only bring you calmness but also connection to yourself and that’s why it’s part of our journey.
It doesn’t matter if you have any experiences in Yoga yet - it’s a soft entry for you.

How much time do I need?
ca. 3 hours per week.
The meditations are followed by journaling, meaning that you have 3 sessions per week in total.
You can easily do it before going to bed or whenever you feel it and there’s time.
The daily life often leads to just keeping up with life but often not taking the time for what is really important - the own holistic health and the consciousness with that we walk through life. That is why I created this program in a way that it fits in your life, in your daily life.
And of course can also enjoy it as a retreat during an holiday!
And another note: You can also extend it to 6-15 weeks. I just recommend to not let too much time between the sessions to make the most valuable experience.
And if you have to stop along the way - just continue or restart the journey when the time feels right again :)
What else do I need?
A (yoga) mat (alternatively a blanket, a carpet or simply a place on the floor or your bed)
A cushion or/+ bolster and a blanket.
Comfortable clothing.
Just take what you have and come as you are! :)
